Downstream Direct Acting Pressure Regulator D62 Series

Series D62 regulator is a lever type direct acting spring loaded regulator for applications where sudden flow capacity variations are required. Typical applications include industrial, commercial gas burner applications and combustion systems as well as Nitrogen blanketing and purging applications.

The regulators are designed to maintain low pressure with high inlet pressure upto 10.0 barg. These regulators has been devised keeping in mind the maintenance and ease of replacement of seals without removing the body from the pipeline.

• • Lever type ensure constant downstream pressure irrespective of variation in inlet pressure and flow.

  • Glandless construction ensure zero leakage resulting in improved sensitivity and repeat ability of valve.

  • Orientation in 360direction : Regulators body can be rotated in any direction relative to spring casing, to accomodate it where space is a constraint. (Note: Regulators with set pressure below 17 mbarg to be installed in such a way that set screw will remain below diaphragm level)

  • Ease of maintenance as regulator can be inspected without removing body from pipeline.

  • Tight shut-off capability provides excellent tight shut-off over longer working life.
