We strive to design, engineer & manufacture products as per the ISO 9001 international standard. We ensure that all our products, which includes tank blanketing, regulators, centrifuge blanketing, flame arrester, breather valves, gas conditioning skids, heating skids, etc. are manufactured using high grade raw inputs and latest machinery. Our highly experienced quality experts conduct regular inspections and test final assembled systems. The quality tests are carried on some strict grounds, to ensure the systems are working efficiently. Some of the tests include Different tests such as Hydro & Pneumatic Pressure Test, Seat Leakage Test, Flow Capacity Test, Droop Test, Pressure Build Up Test, CV-Test and NDT such as X and Gamma Rays Radiography, D-P, Ultrasonic, CMM Inspection, Magnetic Particle, and Pressure Guage Calibaration. All our products are certified with stringent European Standards EN-334 for Pressure Regulators and EN-14382. Further, continuous improvements are fostered in the production process and components & materials used for the fabrication.

Nirmal Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of heating skids, transmission & distribution skids, city gate station, etc. has a production unit with an area of 60,000 sq. ft. in Asangaon, passed ISO 9001 quality management certification. The premises is ideal for small or big orders alike; and is divided into different departments for design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality test, packaging and storage. In addition, our conveniently located premises is well connected with the major highways for the easy transportation.

Our History

1972-73	Mr. D.V. Desai laid down the foundation stone of Nirmal Industries for manufacturing special purpose Control valves.
1982	First Low Pressure Self Actuated Pressure Control Valve are made for Nitrogen Blanketing Application.
1986	First Twin Stream High Pressure (150 Bar) Regulating Station with Safety Shut Off is supplied for Hydrogen Service.
1987	First Pilot Operated Blanketing System is Designed, Manufactured and Commissioned.
1993-94	First Major Pre-Fabricated Gas Regulating Skids supplied to Videocon Narmada Electronics Ltd.(6) & Haldyn Glass Ltd. (4) for Natural Gas supplied by GAIL.
1996	Factory moved to present location at Asangaon on a plot of 2.5 Acres having covered area of 60,000 Sq. Feet. and still expanding.
1999	Received ISO-9000 Certification
2000	First Indian co. to be registered with EIL for Self Actuated Pressure Control Valve
2004	Registered with EIL as a Metering & Regulating Skid Manufacturer.
2006	PED Compliance (CE Marking for Regulators & Slam Shut Valves) of 300# class
2009	PED Compliance (CE Marking for regulators & Slam Shut Valves) of 600# class
2011	Received 'U' & 'R' Stamp Certification
2012	Received Regional Export Award from EEPC INDIA for 2008-2009
